Easy Slider Food Truck – 4 Easy Slider Recipes
It’s just about time for the first pool party/picnic/backyard barbecue of the year, and we’ve got you covered on what to serve. Grill up an array of yummy sliders, starting with the Sugar Derby, a super creative slider that the Easy Slider ladies, Miley Homes and Caroline Perini, dreamed up involving an Angus beef patty, crispy bacon, caramelized onions and a real, actual sea-salt caramel melted on the patty. Their signature slider is the Sweet and Lowdown — a beef patty with goat cheese, jam, and bacon, but they also offer a vegetarian Portabello mushroom burger and French-inspired beef slider with prosciutto, Gruyere and grilled onions.
We’re already anticipating comments saying, a slider isn’t a sandwich, it’s a burger! But remember that the original burgers were called “hamburger sandwiches.” So there. What do you think of these sliders? Which is your favorite? Tell us in the comments below!
