Cinnamon Roll-Peach Pie Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients (Taken from the video)
- 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 cups frozen Sliced Peaches, thawed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 17 1/2-ounce can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with Icing or other Cinnamon Rolls with Icing, of choice
Directions (Taken from the video)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray a 13 x 9-inch casserole with cooking spray.
- In large microwavable bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Microwave, uncovered, on high, 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add in peaches. Mix well.
- Separate dough into 5 rolls.
- Cut each roll into 6 pieces (See video).
- Stir cut rolls into cream cheese/peach mixture.
- Spoon mixture into casserole.
- Place in preheated oven and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Check to make sure dough is done in center. Return to oven if necessary. Drizzle icing over top.
- Serve warm.
