Cinnamon Roll-Peach Pie Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients (Taken from the video)

  • 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 cups frozen Sliced Peaches, thawed, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 17 1/2-ounce can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with Icing or other Cinnamon Rolls with Icing, of choice

Directions (Taken from the video)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly spray a 13 x 9-inch casserole with cooking spray.
  3. In large microwavable bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Microwave, uncovered, on high, 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened.
  5. Stir until smooth.
  6. Add in peaches. Mix well.
  7. Separate dough into 5 rolls.
  8. Cut each roll into 6 pieces (See video).
  9. Stir cut rolls into cream cheese/peach mixture.
  10. Spoon mixture into casserole.
  11. Place in preheated oven and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Check to make sure dough is done in center. Return to oven if necessary. Drizzle icing over top.
  12. Serve warm.
