Mini Meatball Parmesan Sliders Recipe
Ingredients (Taken from the video)
- 1 16-Pack King’s Hawaiian Mini Rolls
- 1 – 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 16 precooked Meatballs, store bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions (Taken from the video)
- Slice rolls in 1/2 – Tops and bottoms. Remove bottoms.
- Using a cookie cutter, punch a hole in each top bun (See video.)
- Place parchment paper in an oven safe pan and add the roll bottoms.
- Spread shredded Mozzarella onto roll bottoms.
- Pour and spread marinara sauce evenly over cheese.
- Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning.
- Top with bun tops.
- Place a meatball into each hole in the bun tops (See video.)
- Combine butter, garlic powder and parsley and mix well.
- Pour butter mixture over buns and brush to coat buns and meatballs.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 375°F oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, take out of pan (remove paper if it sticks) and cut sliders along lines.
- Serve.
