Mini Meatball Parmesan Sliders Recipe

Ingredients (Taken from the video)

  • 1 16-Pack King’s Hawaiian Mini Rolls
  • 1 – 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 16 precooked Meatballs, store bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions (Taken from the video)

  1. Slice rolls in 1/2 – Tops and bottoms. Remove bottoms.
  2. Using a cookie cutter, punch a hole in each top bun (See video.)
  3. Place parchment paper in an oven safe pan and add the roll bottoms.
  4. Spread shredded Mozzarella onto roll bottoms.
  5. Pour and spread marinara sauce evenly over cheese.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning.
  7. Top with bun tops.
  8. Place a meatball into each hole in the bun tops (See video.)
  9. Combine butter, garlic powder and parsley and mix well.
  10. Pour butter mixture over buns and brush to coat buns and meatballs.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  12. Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 375°F oven for 25 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven, take out of pan (remove paper if it sticks) and cut sliders along lines.
  14. Serve.
