We feel that including the recipes from a copyrighted published source not owned by Dishadventures, LLC, including, but not limited to: books, newspapers, websites, videos, serves the purposes of purposes of criticism, news reporting, teaching and research and does not substantially impair the value of the materials nor curtail the profits reasonably expected by the owner.
On the contrary, publishing the materials with attribution (and often links to the material or links to places to buy the material (ie Amazon)) serves to add value to the material and and, possibly, profit the creator.
