Philly Cheesesteak Sliders on King’s Hawaiian Rolls Recipe

Ingredients (Taken from the video)

  • 1 16-pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls or 16 Slider Buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 medium Green Pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium Sweet Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 pound thinly sliced Steak, cooked
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Directions (Taken from the video)

  1. Cut buns in 1/2 — Tops and bottoms.
  2. Place roll bottoms in a parchment-lined, oven-safe baking pan.
  3. Spread generously with mayonnaise.
  4. Evenly layer with 1/2 of the Provolone slices and pre-cooked steak.
  5. Sprinkle with green pepper and onion.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Layer with the rest of the Provolone.
  8. Cover with top buns.
  9. Pour butter over tops of sliders and brush to cover completely and evenly.
  10. Cover pan tightly with foil, place in a preheated 375°F oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Remove pan from oven and remove sliders from pan. Cut sliders apart along lines and place on a serving dish.
  12. Serve warm — and enjoy the compliments.
