Baked Spaghetti Casserole

While you boil your pasta, assemble and prepare the rest of your ingredients. Then simply layer them in a casserole dish and bake. That’s it! Baked Spaghetti Casserole is a good choice for parties, potlucks and weeknight family dinners.

Baked Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

Ingredients (Taken from the video)

  • Cooking Spray
  • 12 ounces Spaghetti
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese, more or less, to taste
  • 1 28-ounce jar Spaghetti Sauce, of choice
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese, more or less, to taste

Directions (Taken from the video)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole with cooking spray.
  3. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions to al dente. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl.
  4. To warm spaghetti, add eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Mix gently to coat pasta completely.
  5. Pour spaghetti into prepared casserole dish. Spread evenly.
  6. Spoon cottage cheese over the spaghetti. Spread to cover completely. Pour spaghetti sauce over the
  7. ottage cheese. Spread completely.
  8. Top with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake until hot through, about 30 minutes.
