Baked Spaghetti Casserole
While you boil your pasta, assemble and prepare the rest of your ingredients. Then simply layer them in a casserole dish and bake. That’s it! Baked Spaghetti Casserole is a good choice for parties, potlucks and weeknight family dinners.

Baked Spaghetti Casserole Recipe
Ingredients (Taken from the video)
- Cooking Spray
- 12 ounces Spaghetti
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese, more or less, to taste
- 1 28-ounce jar Spaghetti Sauce, of choice
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese, more or less, to taste
Directions (Taken from the video)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole with cooking spray.
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions to al dente. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl.
- To warm spaghetti, add eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Mix gently to coat pasta completely.
- Pour spaghetti into prepared casserole dish. Spread evenly.
- Spoon cottage cheese over the spaghetti. Spread to cover completely. Pour spaghetti sauce over the
- ottage cheese. Spread completely.
- Top with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake until hot through, about 30 minutes.
