Crispy Chicken Sliders Recipe
Ingredients (from the Video)
- 2 – 3 skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into small Slider-Sized pieces
- Chicken Seasoning (Recipe below)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Oil, for frying
- Slider-Sized Buns, to match number of Chicken Patties
- Mayonnaise
- Pickles, of your choice
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Lettuce, pulled apart

- Season chicken pieces with chicken seasoning and pound flat.
- Place chicken into a bowl and add Dijon mustard. Mix to coat all surfaces.
- Pour in buttermilk. Mix. Cover and place chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Place flour in a large bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning, baking soda and baking powder. Mix.
- Remove chicken from refrigerator.
- Take 1 piece of chicken and place them in the flour bowl. Toss to coat evenly. Place on a plate. Continue until all chicken pieces are coated.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan to 350 – 375°F.
- Fry chicken pieces in hot oil, turning once, after about 6 – 8 minutes. Fry another 6 – 8 minutes. Remove from oil when both sides are a golden brown.
- Toast the buns.
- Spread buns with mayonnaise (or other condiment of choice.)
- Add a chicken patty, pickles, tomato, lettuce and/or other toppings of choice.
Chicken Seasoning Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 1 tablespoons freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder

- Mix everything together.
