Lemony Torn Ciabatta Croutons Recipe

- 1 cup finely torn Ciabatta Bread
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- Zest of 1 Lemon
Add olive oil to a large skillet.
Place over medium heat.
When oil is hot and starts to shimmer, add bread and a pinch or so red pepper flakes.
Cook, stirring occasionally until bread is toasted all over, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the lemon zest.
Pour bread crumbs onto a plate. Wipe the skillet clean and save for main recipe.
