Corned Beef, Guinness and Mustard Sliders on King’s Hawaiian Rolls Recipe

Ingredients (From the Video)

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Guinness Beer, divided
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 pound Corned Beef
  • 1 package Hash Browns, thawed if frozen
  • 1 – 2 cups prepared Cole Slaw, store bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Guinness Beer
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

  1. Place 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls in a square baking pan lined with wax paper. Remove top buns.
  2. Mix together mustard, 1 tablespoon Guinness and honey. Pour and spread over bottom buns.
  3. On bottom buns, layer corned beef, hash browns and cole slaw. Top with bun tops.
  4. Mix together, 2 tablespoon Guinness, brown sugar and butter. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  5. Pour Guinness-brown sugar-butter mixture over prepared sliders.
  6. Tightly cover pan with foil wrap.
  7. Place in preheated 350°F oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from over, remove sliders from pan and place on cutting board.
  9. Carefully cut all sliders apart along bun lines.
  10. Serve.
