Cranberry Moscow Mule Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce 100% Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 6 ounces Ginger Beer, give or take
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, bottom leaves removed, approximately 2 - 3-inches long to garnish
  • Fresh Cranberries to garnish
  • Fresh Lime Wedges to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Carefully thread 3 fresh cranberries onto the bottom of each rosemary stem. Set aside.
  • Add vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well.
  • Strain into an ice-filled copper mug.
  • Slowly pour in ginger beer until the mug is filled. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprigs and lime wedges and serve.

Notes

This recipe makes one drink. If you are serving these at a party or dinner, for convenience, you can make a pitcher. Simply multiply the amounts by the number of drinks you wish to make. Combine the vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice in a large pitcher. Do not add the ginger beer until serving each mug, to preserve the fizz.
